KAUKAUNA, WI, December, 2015 – Frontier Builders & Consultants recently announced that it is working on a 41,250 sq. ft. addition to Mod Tech Industries’ manufacturing facility located at 1523 Industrial Drive in Shawano. The addition is expected to be completed by May, 2016.
Prestige Auto Sales, Inc. Digs In on Groundbreaking for New Building
Brillion, WI, August 18, 2015 – Prestige Auto Sales, Inc. team members were joined by members of Frontier Builders & Consultants on August 11th for the groundbreaking on Prestige Auto Sales, Inc.’s new building near Brillion, WI. Prestige Auto Sales, Inc. will be consolidating its vehicle sales operations in the new 9,027 sq. ft. building that features two floors of office space, four shop bays, a photo bay, a showroom and an expanded sales lot. Frontier Builders is serving as the design/build general contractor on the project.
“We are very excited about the new building and what it means for our company,” says Prestige Auto Sales, Inc. owner Jeff Meulemans. Jason and Justin Meulemans, Jeff’s sons and the next generation to work at the 30-year-old company, agree. “The additional space and consolidation of our locations will allow us to operate more efficiently,” says Justin. “We will be able to offer an expanded vehicle inventory and additional services including our own finance department which will give our customers even more options to purchase the vehicle they want,” Jason added.
Prestige Auto Sales, Inc.’s new building is located at N8890 Hwy. 57 near Brillion and is scheduled to be completed and ready for business in early November.

Frontier Builders & Consultants Signs New Projects
KAUKAUNA, WI, June, 2015 –Frontier Builders & Consultants recently announced that it is working on a new 20,000 sq. ft. addition to a commercial building owned by Mike Roberts located at 2900 Zuehlke Drive in Appleton. The addition will include tenant spaces and is estimated to be completed in September of this year.
The company also announced it will be working with Kuehl Electric, Inc. on a 4,320 sq. ft. addition to its building at 2215 Harrison St. in Neenah. The projected completion date is the end of July, 2015.
Midwest Restoration Announces Groundbreaking on 2,700 sq. ft. Building Addition
KAUKAUNA, WI, May, 2015 –Midwest Restoration will be breaking ground on a new 2,700 sq. ft. building addition on June 2nd at 9:00 a.m. The groundbreaking will take place at 2230 Bohm Dr. in Little Chute. Frontier Builders & Consultants will be doing the construction on the addition. The project is scheduled to be completed in early July.

KAUKAUNA, WI, February, 2015 –Frontier Builders & Consultants was awarded and recently completed the steel erection on a 7,500 square foot addition for Tube Fabrication & Color in Oshkosh. Frontier Builders started the project in mid-December.
Frontier Builders & Consultants Celebrates 3-year Anniversary, Adds 3 Industry Veterans to Growing Team
KAUKAUNA, WI, August 1, 2014 –Frontier Builders & Consultants recently announced the addition of three seasoned veterans to its growing team of construction industry professionals. Steel erectors Dave Carmody, Brian Wagner and Corey Bauman bring over 60 years of combined experience to the Frontier team.
Frontier Builders has experienced solid growth since its inception three years ago and according to owner, Jeff Stodola, is looking forward to even more growth in the near future. “We are thrilled to have Dave, Brian and Corey join us,” says Stodola. “Their level of experience and knowledge in the field, along with Kevin Hawley who is a co-owner in the company, is substantial and will allow us to pursue an expanded number of projects moving forward.”
Frontier Builders is currently performing steel erection on a 57,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building for Poly-Flex in Kaukauna. In addition, they served as the general contractor on the recently completed 11,000 sq. ft. crane building addition for Piping Services, Inc. also in Kaukauna, and are in the process of completing a 17,000 sq. ft. grocery market for Golden Harvest just outside of Rhinelander.
Frontier Builders & Consultants Awarded Golden Harvest and Camp Daniel Projects
KAUKAUNA, WI, January 23, 2014 – Frontier Builders & Consultants has announced it was awarded and has begun work on a 17,000 square foot grocery market near Rhinelander, WI. The grocery market, called Golden Harvest Market, will be located at the intersection of Highway 8 and County Trunk G in the Town of Pelican. As a natural and organic health foods market, it will offer fresh produce, a large grocery selection, supplements, and an in-house bakery. Construction is scheduled to be completed by early summer, 2014.
Frontier Builders will also be the general contractor on a new building for Camp Daniel in Athestane, WI near Crivitz. The 5,200 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2014 and will be part of the non-profit organization’s campus designed specially for the needs of people with disabilities.
