APPLETON, WI, April, 2017 – Lamers Dairy team members were joined by members from Frontier Builders & Consultants and the Heart of the Valley Chamber to celebrate the unveiling of their new building addition and tour the facility. Frontier Builders was the general contractor on the 7,377 sq. ft. addition. The ribbon cutting was held March 28th.
APPLETON, WI, March, 2017 – Frontier Builders & Consultants is working with Allied Valve, Inc. on a 7,440 sq. ft. addition to their building located at 3301 E. Evergreen Dr. in Appleton. The new area will house some of Allied Valve’s offices and serve as additional warehouse space for the company.
APPLETON, WI, October, 2016 – American Overhead Door team members were joined by Frontier Builders & Consultants, Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and Town of Grande Chute representatives on September 29th to celebrate the groundbreaking on their new building at 1911 W. Wisconsin Avenue. The 26,000 sq. ft. building will include a retail showroom, warehousing, service and office space. Frontier Builders & Consultants is the general contractor on the project which is scheduled to be completed in February of 2017.

KAUKAUNA, WI, September, 2016 –Frontier Builders & Consultants out of Kaukauna has been signed as the general contractor on a building addition for Lamers Dairy, Inc. The 6,500 sq. ft. addition includes warehousing, refrigeration and office space. Lamers Dairy, Inc. is a five-generation, family-owned and operated dairy out of Appleton that distributes products under the “Dairyland’s Best” name.
Little Chute, WI, August, 2016 – Evergreen Power team members were joined by members of Frontier Builders & Consultants and other guests on July 25th for the groundbreaking on their new building in Little Chute. Evergreen Power is a new business offering small engine sales, repair and storage. Frontier Builders is serving as the design/build general contractor on the project.
“This company has been a dream of Greg (Vosters) and mine and our families for over 3 years,” said co-owner Ryan Kortz. “It’s a great feeling to see it coming together. We are excited to be able to offer small engine sales, repair and storage for both the retail and commercial side, and we think our location will make us easily accessible. Frontier Builders did a great job designing building plans to accommodate all of it.”
Evergreen Power is located at 410 E. Evergreen Drive and is scheduled to be completed by the end of September.

KAUKAUNA, WI, April, 2016 –Frontier Builders & Consultants out of Kaukauna has been awarded the construction contract on a new building addition for Northland Labs in Ashwaubenon. Frontier Builders & Consultants will serve as the general contractor on the 4,000 square-foot project which is scheduled to be completed at the end of May.
KAUKAUNA, WI, April, 2016 –Frontier Builders & Consultants recently announced the addition of Rich Lewandowski, Dave Packett, and Cliff Sundquist to its construction team. Lewandowski was hired as a design project manager and brings over 20 years of construction design and project management experience to the company. Packett joins the team as an estimator and has over 35 years of construction experience including estimating, sales and project management. Cliff Sundquist will be working in the field as a steel erector and has over 20 years of steel erection and construction experience.
